Sienna Miller wore a red dress to Italian fashion maestro Valentino's party.
Here is what 8 Days and Monday's Straits Times Life! say about the same photo of her

8 Days -
NEEDS TO KNOW THAT RED IS NOT HER COLOUR: Sienna Miller seems to have lost her fashion Midas touch as she steps out chubbier than usual, looking like a giant red feather duster has just swallowed Sharon Stone.

Straits Times Life! -
GORGEOUS CLASSIC: Sienna Miller looks fiery hot in a signature Valentino red gown with feathered skirt.

And of Uma Thurman's outfit

8 Days -
NEEDS TO LEAVE THE CURTAINS AT HOME: Uma Thurman thinks she's window-dressing.

Straits Times Life! -
SIMPLY DIVINE: Uma Thurman looks ravishing in this classic column updated with lace and ruffles.

Ok the public service course I went to was quite depressing, I get the feeling that

1. By the time civil servants who stay on in the service rise to be able to shape policy, the amount of hard work spent doing so destroys their willingness to take risks and make bold changes.

2. When presented with a problem, and pressed for a solution, civil servants are really clear, articulate, and confident, in justifying why a)There isn't a problem (Deconstructing The Problem), or b)The problem necessarily cannot be solved as the best solution is already in place (Pragmatism). More general approaches- Returning the question (What Do You Think?), Giving so much related information (Information Overload) that you're not sure if the answer was tangentially given. In case it was, you'd seem stupid asking again, so you don't.
